- Shipping: Ship the package to the address provided in the return authorization email. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, defective product).
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed.
